May Update

Monthly Update

This has been the month of finishing series and binging on graphic novels. I finished both the Newsflesh trilogy and the Sookie Stackhouse series (okay, I haven't finished the short stories and novellas, but a huge weight has been lifted from me). I also read 17 graphic novels, and I have a stack more to read that I got from the library. I think my husband actually loves me more now that I have a pull list at the local comic book store.

I completely fell off the Twitter bandwagon this month. This really disappoints me, because I really enjoyed Twitter in the past. I need to figure out a way to streamline it a bit better.

Read This Month (5 novels, 1 novella, & 17 graphic novels)

This is such a shift from last year! There haven't been as many new books that I have been itching to read. Also, I have been wanting to catch up on audio books that I bought last year.

I am reading Mansfield Park right now! I am quite pleased that I have been sticking with my reading schedule. Once I finish Mansfield Park, I will be halfway done. :)

Suffice it to say, I am blowing this challenge out of the water! I am also super pumped that I finished the Sookie Stackhouse series. I haven't read the short stories, but I am counting it as complete.

The Sookie Stackhouse series helped me rock this challenge. :) Due to my drive to work, I am listening to an audio book for at least one hour per day.

I have a few review books that I still need to read, so I am confident that I will complete this challenge soon.

My graphic novel phase has pushed me past the 50-book mark this month.

It looks like I am going to have to increase this challenge. I am reading a ton of graphic novels right now, which I can read fairly quickly, so my numbers are going to look a bit crazy this year!
