Sunday Update!

Phew! Where did the week go? I seriously don't even remember what happened this week; however, I did rock the reading front. The Wonderfully Wicked Read-a-thon definitely helped me get through several books this week. Hopefully, I can keep up the pace, because I have an ARC problem.

Weekly Book Haul

Giveaways & ARCs
I received Making Masterpiece by Rebecca Eaton from the GoodReads First Reads program. I am a huge fan of Masterpiece Theater and Mystery!, so I am looking forward to this book. I went a bit crazy on the ARC and galley front. I am going to have a lot of reading to do this week. I got I Am Pusheen the Cat by Claire Belton, Suburban Legends by Sam Stall, The Psychopath Inside of Me by James Fallon, LEGO Space by Peter Reid and Tim Goddard, The Dangerous Book for Demon Slayers by Angie Fox, and both A Tale Dark and Grimm and In a Glass Grimmly by Adam Gidwitz. I am glad that I finished my book for my book club early this month!

Library
I was very good on the library front. I just checked out one book: Packing for Mars by Mary Roach. I just finished Spook by Mary Roach, and I decided that I needed to read all of her books!

Updates
Still Writing by Dani Shapiro: This book is so beautiful. I should have been done with this book by now, but I enjoy reading just a few essays at a time. This is a book that I can see myself reading again and again.

The Doomsday Book by Connie Willis: This book is crazy good. The girl who was sent back in time to the Medieval Ages got sick; there is a man in the "present time" who also got super sick. What is going on? Is this the plague from ages ago or did the people in the present bring the plague to the Medieval Ages?

Read This Week
Spook by Mary Roach
I Am Pusheen the Cat by Claire Belton
Fairy Debt by Gail Carriger
Charming by Elliott James

Wonderfully Wicked Read-a-thon
Because Sunday (today) is the last day of WWRAT, I am going to do a separate wrap up post.

Aww. Well thanks for coming over here! I have been finding that my books have are more interesting than the television, so my book pile is going down faster than normal!

I saw those Grimm books and was debating requesting them. I just love reading and all sorts of books, but I already have so many to read. I just hate missing out on books that turn out to be good! Such a dilemma. ;) I hope you have a great week!

On Friday, I just went crazy with picking up new books. Now I am trying to stay afloat reading all of them!

I tried to be so good this week at the library and only get one book. Then I take a pick at Netgalley and Edelweiss, and my good intentions go out the window. Receiving items for free is just too enticing, even when I know I need to write book reviews in return.

Tomorrow, I am going to write up lots of reviews. Charming will appear sometime this week or next. Soulless really is lots of fun. :)

Just so you know about those Grimm books on Edelweiss, they are not the complete books. Each book only has the first story in it. This took me by surprise, because I thought these were the complete books. It was a bit frustrating; however, it was nice to "finish" two books that needed reviews in under 30 minutes!
